Sales terms and conditions 

1. Prices and payments

Price
The listed prices are net prices (tax free, without shipping costs).
The shipment costs depend on the destination and the weight of the parcel. Those will be automatically added to the total of your bill.

For all the European destinations 21% of taxes (VAT) will be added automatically to the listed prices.
The packages dispatched out of the European Community are not subjected to Belgian taxation! All the taxes and custom charges in your country are with your load.

We always declare the exact value of the goods on our forwarding notes. The invoices are established in EURO.
If you wish so, we can inform you, as an indication, of the prices in other currencies.

Payments
In our shop in Brussels we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master card, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB. We accept the following currencies: Euro, US dollar, Japanese Yen, Swiss Francs and British Pounds.
For customers resident out of the European Union we can provide a form of remission of tax in order to recover the 21% of VAT. This is possible for a minimum purchase of € 125.


On Internet we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master card and American Express.
In order to guarantee a maximum safety for all your payments by Internet we use the services of Ogone, specialized company in the protected treatment of the online payments (for more information: www.ogone.com).
If, in spite of this protection, you do not want to use your credit card on Internet, you might be willing to send your credit card number + CVC code + exp. date per fax directly to us: Fax number: 00 32 2 502 06 81. Payment per bank transfer can be made a no cost for customers resident within the CEE. Customers resident beyond CEE should contact us first.


2. Forwarding and returns

Forwarding
We use the services of TNT Express, door to door service, for the forwarding of all our packages. The price depends on the weight and the destination of your parcel. These expenses will be added automatically on the total of your bill.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched we will send you by e-mail the reference number of your parcel so that you can follow it by Internet on the site of TNT. All our shipments are assured.

Returns
If we made an error in your parcel our conveyer (TNT) will come to recover the package on your premises at our expense. We will exchange the goods without any additional expenses.
If an article is not available any more we will refund you completely.

If you wish to return us a parcel because you are not satisfied, please follow the following procedure:
  1. Contact us within10 days following the reception of your parcel and give us following information:
    • Date of the order
    • Date of reception of the parcel
    • Reasons for return
    • Your complete address
    • Your phone number

  2. As of reception of our answer please return the parcel with a copy of our acceptance of return pasted outside of the package.
    The carriage costs for the return are on your load. We advise you to use the services of a conveyer who ensures the goods. We are not responsible for the loss of packages which are returned to us. If you wish to use the services of our conveyer (TNT) this is possible but the expenses of return are with your load.
Refunds are done only by credit to your credit card account if outside EEC, or to your bank account after acceptance by enjoylace. No refunds can be done in our shop in Brussels.

Returns will be refused in the following cases:
  • Laces per meter for cuts of less than 10 meters.
  • All articles carried out to measure.
  • Items on sale.
  • Embroidered items on your request.
  • All textiles (laces, tee-shirt…) if they were employed and/or washed.
  • Articles damaged by return shipment if they were not packed in an adapted package.
